MY FIRST BUBBLE TEA
Grand ou petit (grand of course!)?
Translation :
A few days ago , I finally tasted my first Bubble Tea. It had been years (yes, years!) I wanted to test this original Taiwan drink made of tea and tapioca pearls. And I finally was able to thanks tot Taste & See. I had to make choices : do I want one milk tea or fruit tea? Large or small (large of course! ? And I discovered that there are different fillings : the zenzoos , the baobaozoo or jelly. Well there I was lost. So I stayed in what I knew. Small tapioca pearls. I took a strawberry tea, Thomas went with a coconut one.
It was surprising and delicious! There is this big straw and when I started to suck tapioca pearls came in my mouth and believe it or not, I did not expected it! It would have worth a video! Next time I think I'll try mango.
I know there are kits that you can buy but if someone has a recipe for making it all alone at home, I 'm all ears !
